Newborn baby girl found abandoned on the side of the road

    Quang Binh - People in Tan Ninh commune discovered a newborn baby girl on the side of the road. The girl is currently receiving health care at the commune's Health Station.

    On February 17, the People's Committee of Tan Ninh commune (Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province) said that people had just discovered a newborn baby girl abandoned on the side of the road.

    At around 11:30 a.m. the same day, people discovered a newborn baby girl, placed in a bag and parked on the side of the road in Hoa Binh village (Tan Ninh commune).

    After receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene to check and quickly took the baby to the commune health station for care and health monitoring.

    The child's condition is currently stable and he is being cared for by doctors and nurses.

    The local authorities are carrying out procedures to notify to find the baby's relatives according to regulations.
