In order to prepare well all aspects of the work in implementing the Politburo's policy on not organizing district-level administrative units and reorganizing and streamlining commune-level administrative units, Soc Trang province is strongly implementing the review and evaluation of the staff.

Mr. Vo Chi Cong - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee said - the province will focus on reviewing and comprehensively assessing the current situation of the cadres at the district and commune levels in terms of structure, quantity, quality, leadership and management capacity. From there, develop a reasonable arrangement and arrangement plan, ensuring fairness, objectivity and efficiency in the spirit of "from selecting people", retaining capable cadres.
Mr. Cong said that localities and units continue to implement policies and regimes for cadres well. During the review and settlement process, the overall quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under management will be reviewed and evaluated; carefully consider when agreeing on early retirement and termination of employment for young cadres, civil servants and public employees with capacity and development prospects.
The implementation of the staff streamlining goal is in line with the requirements of improving the quality of the team, ensuring the highest level of work efficiency, in line with the practical requirements of the agency, organization, unit, avoiding the situation of "grey bleeding".
According to the Organizing Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee, as of March 28, 375 cadres and civil servants have registered their wishes for early retirement and termination of employment to facilitate the arrangement of cadres, civil servants and public employees and contribute to the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the roadmap. Of which, 145 cases have been implemented with policies and regimes, the remaining 230 cases are in the process of being reviewed.
