On the morning of December 8, the People's Committee of Binh Dong Commune, Binh Son District, Quang Ngai Province confirmed that a young man had just been found dead in a canal in the Ca Ninh resettlement area, Thuong Hoa Village, Binh Dong Commune, Binh Son District.
Immediately after receiving the information, the authorities began investigating and recovered the young man's body. Thereby, the victim was identified as Nguyen Ngoc Tuan (32 years old), residing in Binh Chanh commune, Binh Son district.
Previously, at around 6:30 a.m. on December 8, residents living in the Ca Ninh resettlement area discovered the body of Nguyen Ngoc Tuan lying face down in the water, next to an embankment, next to a damaged motorbike, so they reported it to the authorities.
According to the reporter's records, the motorbike with license plate 76C1-309.07, Vision brand, was partly on the water surface, partly submerged. Right next to it was the victim's body. The water was quite shallow, only about 40cm.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
