On the morning of September 13, people swimming in the sea discovered a man drifting on Doi Duong beach, Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong province.
The location is about 15m from the shore. People and coastal rescue forces pulled the victim to shore and gave first aid. However, this person had died. The incident was reported to the police at the scene.
The police examined the scene and requested an autopsy. Relatives arrived at the scene and said the victim was Mr. H.V.C (born in 1968). Mr. C rode his motorbike to park at the parking lot and got into the sea.
After the police completed the procedures, the body was handed over to the family to take home for funeral arrangements.
