Body of man found in La River

    Ha Tinh - The body of a man was discovered in the river suspected of drowning.

    Information from a leader of Duc Minh commune said that at 5:00 a.m. on September 6, people discovered a body on the La River in Tho Tuong village, Duc Minh commune.

    After receiving the report, Duc Minh Commune Police approached the scene, coordinated to bring the body ashore, and clarified the identity.

    Through verification, the victim was Mr. L.D.T (55 years old, residing in Nghe An province). The victim's family said that Mr. T often left home to wander around and had recently returned to live with his younger sister's family in Tho Tuong village, Duc Minh commune.

    Duc Minh Commune Police conducted a preliminary autopsy on the body and did not detect any signs of external force acting, and determined that the death was from drowning, so they handed it over to the family for burial.
