At noon on April 3, residents of an apartment building in Ward 14, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City discovered a body in the process of severe decomposition on the rooftop. Immediately afterwards, the incident was reported to the authorities.
According to initial information, many apartment residents said they had smelled an unpleasant odor from the rooftop. When conducting the inspection, they discovered the body and immediately reported it to the authorities.
At nearly 1:00 p.m. the same day, Go Vap District authorities arrived at the scene to block off, examine and investigate the cause of the incident. The victim's body was taken to the morgue to serve the investigation.
According to a source, the victim was identified as Mr. N.H.H.T (born in 1997), living on the 11th floor of the apartment building. Mr. T's family reported his disappearance 10 days ago. Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate to clarify the cause of the victim's death.
