The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a Decision on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to receive citizens to serve the Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
According to the Decision, Mr. Pham Van Thinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, will be the Head of the Working Group.
Mr. Ngo Van Luyen, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, as Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Inspectorate; Mr. Lam Xuan Thuy, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Provincial Inspectorate, as Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Committee.
The members of the Working Group come from the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Police, the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The Working Group is responsible for coordinating the implementation of citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections beyond the level to the Central Party and State Citizen reception Office, the Provincial Citizen reception Office during the holding of Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
At the same time, direct the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections beyond the authority of all levels and sectors in accordance with the provisions of law. At the same time, perform a number of other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Working Group has the right to request Heads of Departments, branches, sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes to coordinate in receiving citizens, receiving and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections when necessary. Invitation for cadres from departments, branches, sectors and relevant wards and communes to help with professional tasks.
