The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on considering removing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process for Thanh Son industrial cluster.
Official dispatch sent to the Department of Industry and Trade and DP Invest Joint Stock Company, Lam Son DNDT Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received a document dated September 8, 2025 from the consortium of DP Invest Joint Stock Company and Lam Son DNDT Joint Stock Company on reporting on the implementation of investment in Thanh Son industrial cluster in Tan Yen Tu commune.
After reviewing the content, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and relevant agencies to organize a working session with the consortium of DP Invest Joint Stock Company and Lam Son Investment Joint Stock Company (investor of Thanh Son Industrial Park) to consider removing difficulties and obstacles according to the proposal of the enterprise in the above document. The results of the implementation are reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before September 24, 2025.
Thanh Son Industrial Cluster is decided to be established in early 2023, with an area of 46 hectares.
The industries attracting investment include: Production and processing of agricultural, forestry and food products; garment; production of products from prefabricated metals; other processing and manufacturing industry, supporting industry.
The investor in the construction of technical infrastructure of Thanh Son Industrial Cluster is the consortium of Dai Phuoc Bac Giang Joint Stock Company (now renamed TTDP INVEST Joint Stock Company) and Dong Bac CN Investment Company Limited.
The project has a total investment of 488.181 billion VND. The project's operation period is 50 years.
In early September, the leaders of Bac Ninh province also had a working session to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the progress of the project of industrial clusters in the Nam Song Cau area. These include problems with land procedures, environment, land acquisition, land lease, compensation for site clearance, resettlement, investment implementation procedures in industrial clusters, etc.
According to the reporter's research, Bac Ninh province has about 100 industrial clusters after the merger. Of which, 30 industrial clusters were previously assigned to the District People's Committee, Commune People's Committee, District Industrial Park Management Board (old) as investors, more than 60 industrial clusters have been established by enterprises as investors.
