According to initial information, at around 1pm on December 2, residents living on D9 Street, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) heard a loud noise. When they went to check, they discovered a man around 30 years old lying motionless on the sidewalk, in front of a house on D9 Street.
People immediately called an ambulance to take the victim to the hospital but he died.
Upon receiving the report, District 12 Police arrived to block off the entire 200m long D9 route, examine the scene, and extract security cameras around the area to clarify the cause of the man's death.
At 4:00 p.m. the same day, District 12 Police were still blocking off the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
According to people at the scene, the man was married and had 2 children. The man died in front of a 3-story house, which was also his home.
