On April 10, in Phu Quoc special zone, the Youth Committee of An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with the Phu Quoc Special Zone Youth Union and Mobifone An Giang Youth Union to launch the youth project "Security Loudspeaker" - a smart speaker model applying information technology, telecommunications and artificial intelligence (AI) to serve legal propaganda at complex security and order points.
The project is implemented to implement the Project of An Giang Provincial People's Committee on building Phu Quoc Special Zone into a "Model unit for security and urban civilization", and at the same time associated with the "Green Pearl Island" movement implemented by the youth of An Giang Provincial Police, towards celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026).
Phase 1 of the model is piloted in the Cau Sau market area, An Thoi neighborhood 4, allowing remote updates of legal propaganda content, automatic broadcasting according to schedule with the support of AI to convert documents into audio news. Through this system, content on traffic safety, drug prevention, network security, laws and state policies will be transmitted regularly and vividly to people. After the pilot phase, the model is expected to expand connection with public loudspeaker systems and schools in the area.
Security Loudspeaker" is a project that shows the pioneering and creative spirit of youth in applying science and technology to serve the task of ensuring security and order, contributing to building Phu Quoc special zone into a model unit for security and order, urban civilization and towards serving APEC 2027.
