Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the "Reunification of the Mountains and Rivers" Festival to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026).
According to the plan, Ho Chi Minh City will set off fireworks at 7 locations, including 3 high-altitude locations and 4 low-altitude locations from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on the 30th. 4.
Three high-altitude fireworks display locations in the area at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (An Khanh ward), the new city center (Binh Duong ward) and Ba Ria Park square (Ba Ria ward).
The four low-altitude fireworks locations include: Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward); Saigon Marina IFC tower (Saigon ward); Kim Long villa area - Rach Dia bridge (Nha Be commune); Can Gio sea encroachment tourist urban area - Vinhomes Green Paradise (Can Gio commune).
