According to the decision, the implementation cost is 686.91 million VND from the central budget supplementing targeted funds for the provincial budget and provincial-level budgets.
The unit implementing the plan (Investor) is the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province. The implementation time is 2026 - 2027.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Construction to be fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for the accuracy, legal basis and content of submitting for approval the plan; notify the state budget expenditure estimate to the directly affiliated unit for implementation and finalization of expenses according to current regulations.
Along with that, advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee in state management of management, operation, exploitation, and maintenance of road and inland waterway infrastructure for the approved contents.
At the same time, promptly detect and have protection and repair solutions right from the start of damage to improve investment efficiency and project life. At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision, improve the quality of management, operation, exploitation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
In addition, to be proactive in the implementation process, the Provincial People's Committee authorized the Director of the Department of Construction to approve the adjustment of the plan for management, operation, exploitation, and maintenance of road and inland waterway infrastructure in 2026 managed by the Department of Construction.
The adjustment does not change the tasks, list of works and does not exceed the total assigned capital. The authorization period is in 2026.
