During the night of November 19 to the morning of November 20, Khanh Hoa provincial authorities recorded many vulnerable areas in Khanh Vinh, Dien Khanh, Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa, Cam Lam being deeply flooded, isolated and at risk of landslides.

Navy Region 4 and the Naval Academy have urgently mobilized more than 300 officers and soldiers along with many equipment, rescue vehicles and necessities to support the people.
Navy forces were present at high-risk areas such as Suoi Hiep, Tay Nha Trang, Cam Lam, Cam Hiep commune and Suoi Dau area to participate in the rescue.
At 0:00 on November 20, soldiers of the 5th Special Forces Brigade were present in Tay Nha Trang ward to deploy rescue.

Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong requested forces to evacuate people from the dangerous area as quickly as possible, while ensuring the safety of rescue forces.
The provincial leaders also directed units to fully prepare necessities to provide relief to households that are still isolated; supplies for rescue work continue to be supplemented.

In Khanh Vinh, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested the Provincial Military Command to mobilize water special forces from the 5th Special Forces Brigade to the isolated areas to rescue and bring trapped people to safety.
The authorities of communes - especially Khanh Vinh commune - must prepare necessary means, materials, and equipment, including food, drinking water, warm clothes, and medicine for supply as soon as rescue forces can reach them.
