The pedestrian street model combining culture - tourism - cuisine implemented by Nghia Lo Ward People's Committee not only awakens the beauty of the river landscape but also opens up a modern community living space, promising to become a place to play, enjoy cuisine and experience colorful culture for people and tourists.

After nearly a month of construction, "Tra River Night Street" has been completed and officially put into operation. The 300-meter-long street on Ton Duc Thang street, from Thach Bich park to Thach Bich bridge, has become a new pedestrian space, breathing life into the south bank of the Tra Khuc River. With an artistic lighting system and eye-catching decorative miniatures, the night street brings a lively appearance every time lights are turned on.
Right after the ribbon-cutting ceremony last night, a large number of people and tourists immersed themselves in experiential activities, sightseeing and enjoying cuisine. Many people expressed their joy when Quang Ngai had a new destination, meeting expectations for entertainment space after many days of waiting.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Truc, residing in Nghia Lo ward, Quang Ngai province, expressed that the opening of the Tra River night street makes the streets much happier, and people are very excited.
Song Tra night street operates from 5 pm to 10 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, Tet. The entire street arranges 72 business locations according to each industry group, including OCOP and local specialty booths, souvenir stalls and diverse food and beverage spaces.
Not only is it a place to shop and enjoy cuisine, the night street also regularly hosts cultural and artistic programs, music exchanges, creating a lively rendezvous spot by the Tra Khuc River. This model contributes to creating jobs, expanding livelihoods for people and small traders, and gradually promoting the development of the local night economy.

Ms. Tran Thi Cuc, residing in Nghia Lo ward, Quang Ngai province, said: "Previously, I traded at the Tra River night market. After the night market stopped operating for a while, I switched to freelance work. Now that the night market has reopened, I return to trading, in general, I am very happy because there are more jobs for everyone here.
The opening and putting "Song Tra Night Street" into operation is an important milestone in building a civilized and modern urban space of Nghia Lo ward.
