Quang Ninh leads the Papi 2024 index

    Quang Ninh - On April 15, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced the PAPI index in 2024, Quang Ninh province topped with 47.82 points.

    Papi is from the provincial public administration and administrative index.

    This is an independent survey tool by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Vietnam in collaboration with domestic research partners and implementation.

    This is the third year of Quang Ninh province leading this ranking, after 2020 and 2022.

    In 2023, Quang Ninh province did not have data due to the survey results exceeding the permitted error value in statistics.

    The PAPI index is a tool that reflects the people's voice on the level of operating, state management, policies and provision of public services of the government at all levels.

    Quang Ninh is also one of the top 8 localities in the country in Papi's content indicators in 2024, prominent in providing public services, reaching 8.42 points.

    Papi 2024 was built from the survey of 18,894 citizens nationwide, reflecting the people's feelings and evaluation on the state management in localities.
