Report to the Government, central ministries and branches to report to the National Assembly to allow the application of visa exemption policies for international tourists to Van Don International Airport; create favorable conditions and have a policy of prioritizing charter flights directly connecting Van Don International Airport to airports of countries in the region and around the world.
Building a mechanism to encourage investment in developing high-class and high-quality tourism, especially in some islands and archipelagos of Quang Ninh province, on the basis of ensuring solid national defense and security.
