According to the plan, the Avenue of Flowers and Lighting Technology with the theme "Quang Ninh - Spring Heritage, Digital Wonders" will take place in 9 days, from February 14 to February 22, 2026 (ie from December 27 to the 6th day of Tet).
The organization space is about 800-1,000m long along Ha Long Bay, connecting from the Planning Palace, Provincial Fairs and Exhibitions, 30/10 Square, Quang Ninh Museum to the end of the Flower Park.
The first highlight of the avenue is the space for displaying and decorating artistic flowers and spring mascots.
Along the route, large landscapes, small flower landscapes and artistic calligraphy sets will be arranged synchronously, associated with propaganda of 6 core values of the province: beautiful nature, unique culture, civilized society, transparent administration, economic development, and people's happiness.
The Avenue decoration also reflects the province's 2026 work theme: "Breakthrough in economic growth; improving urban quality, soon reaching the criteria of a centrally-run city" and the message to welcome Binh Ngo Spring.
Parallel to the flower space is the space of artistic lighting and digital technology.
Light projection systems, LED screens, smart tourism experiences, digital interactions and QR codes will be arranged along the route, serving to promote the province's achievements and development milestones in 2025 and future orientations.
According to the plan, hot air balloons will be installed in the 30/10 Square area, contributing to creating visual highlights and a new experiential space for tourists.
Flower - light Avenue is also a unique cultural experience space of 54 communes, wards, and special zones in the province, recreating typical cultural values such as ethnic culture, mining workers' culture, marine culture and Truc Lam Yen Tu Buddhism, meeting the needs of sightseeing, photography, and check-in of people and tourists.
The organizers plan to install 3 stages in suitable locations to organize street art performances, street music, folk dances, stilt dances and maintain folk games throughout the event.
The Tet food booth and OCOP products are arranged in a civilized, compact direction, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
According to the plan, after the official organization time ends, typical large landscapes and mascots will continue to be displayed at Flower Park, 30/10 Square and some central locations to create highlights of Quang Ninh urban landscape in the early days of the new year.
