On the morning of June 4, the Quang Ninh Provincial Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education coordinated with the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to organize a conference to disseminate and propagate a number of laws passed by the 16th National Assembly at the First Session.
The conference was held directly at the Provincial Conference Organization Center and connected online to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in the province.

The Organizing Committee invited experts from agencies of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Justice to directly convey at the conference, helping delegates understand the legislative spirit, policy goals, new points and contents to note when organizing the implementation of laws.
At the conference, delegates were introduced to the basic contents and outstanding new points of the Law on Belief and Religion (amended), the Law on Civil Status Registration (amended), the Law on Access to Information (amended) and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Legal Aid.

These are laws with a wide scope of impact, directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of the people; the responsibility of state agencies in serving the people; and at the same time contributing to perfecting a public, transparent, modern administration, putting the people at the center of service.
According to the organizers, the dissemination and thorough understanding of new laws is of great significance in the context of Quang Ninh continuing to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, improve the investment and business environment, improve the quality of local governance and operate the two-level local government model.
The conference also aims to help cadres, civil servants, and public employees update legal knowledge, firmly grasp new regulations to apply them uniformly and effectively in the performance of public duties; contributing to bringing laws and resolutions of the National Assembly into life soon.
