For the Chi Tru Dam System Project (Van Dinh Canal upstream section), Ninh Hoa town - phase 2, the province requested Ninh Hoa town to speed up the progress of compensation, support and resettlement, site clearance for the remaining cases and at the same time speed up the project disbursement progress; complete the determination and approval of specific land prices for compensation and resettlement support for the project in 2024; complete before September 30.
Regarding the Project on Infrastructure Investment to prevent flooding and erosion of My Thanh residential area, Cam Thinh Dong commune, Cam Ranh city, embankment of the right bank of Cai river and embankment of Cai river through Vinh Phuong commune, Nha Trang city, the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Cam Ranh city to focus on accelerating the progress of compensation, support and resettlement, site clearance for the remaining cases and at the same time accelerate the disbursement progress of the project; complete the determination and approval of specific land prices for compensation and resettlement support for the project in 2024; complete before September 30.
After the 2024 land price is approved, Ninh Hoa town and Cam Ranh city will direct a meeting to consider and approve the compensation, support and resettlement plan and organize the posting and appraisal in accordance with the prescribed procedures; promptly complete the approval of the compensation, support and resettlement plan, pay compensation, support and mobilize households to promptly hand over the site so that the contractor can construct to meet the schedule; complete before October 25, 2024.
The Chairman of Cam Ranh City People's Committee and the Chairman of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee shall be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if they delay the work according to their assigned duties and responsibilities, and do not hand over the site on time and according to the required progress.
