Before making the appointment process for Mr. Viet's case, we have studied the guidance documents of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee for implementation. The appointment process for Mr. Viet is done methodically and thoroughly".

As for the case of department-level civil servants appointed at this time, it is not suitable. For example, it is not appropriate for civil servants appointed from deputy department heads to department heads (belonging to department-level units).
Another source from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also emphasized: "The Provincial Party Committee has provided clear guidance on the case of appointing civil servants in the health and education sectors. The head of the unit must take responsibility. But at this time it is basically a temporary stop. The appointment of civil servants in the health sector at this time is not appropriate".
