On March 9, Nam Dinh Provincial Police organized the announcement of the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of Nam Dinh Provincial Police - presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Tien - Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dinh Provincial Police - to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dinh Provincial Police.
The Director of Nam Dinh Provincial Police emphasized that in the coming time, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Tien must be proactive, innovative, and creative in advising the Provincial Police Department to direct litigation activities in accordance with regulations; closely following key tasks and annual work targets according to the force system to monitor progress and implementation results, especially targets that are difficult to implement; strengthening compliance with the law and preventing violations in litigation activities;
Coordinate with Deputy Chiefs of Office of the Investigation Police Agency, Provincial Police in directing and guiding Commune-level Police Chiefs to carry out the work of receiving, classifying, and resolving information sources about crimes and investigating criminal cases, not letting wrongful convictions or criminals escape.
On March 8, Hanoi City Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Ministry of Public Security on the appointment of 13 officers to the judicial position of the Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi City Police.
The leader of Hanoi Police affirmed that the 13 officers who are leaders of the Investigation Police Departments appointed are all commanding officers with qualifications, capacity, and experience in criminal investigation, firm grasp of legal regulations and the ability to lead and direct the organization of investigation activities.
Also this week, Thai Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien - Deputy Head of Department 2, Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security - was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Warden of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Detention Center.
Handing over the decision, Colonel Vu Manh Ha - Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police - believes that Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien will continue to promote his capacity, strengths, solidarity and responsibility, and together with the leadership of the Detention Center to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien affirmed that he will continue to cultivate, train, strive, unite, and work with the leadership, commanders and officers of the Detention Center to be determined to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
Last week, on March 11, the Ministry of Public Security also recorded the organization of a public consultation on the consideration of awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to individuals:
Colonel Pham Minh Phong - Deputy Director, Department of Police for Prison Management, Compulsory Education Facilities, and reform schools;
Colonel Phung Van Hue - Warden of Dai Binh Prison, Department of Police for Prison Management, Compulsory Education Facilities, and reform schools;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Hieu - Deputy Head of the Department of Drug Crime Investigation, Hue City Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh - Head of the Department, Investigation Security Department, Hai Phong City Police.
