    On March 21, the National Assembly Office issued a decision to appoint cadres and civil servants to lead the management of departments and units to implement the reorganization.

    At the ceremony, Director of the Organization - Personnel Department Trinh Ngoc Duc announced the decisions of the Head of the National Assembly Office on appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions and deciding to change positions for the General Department, the Administration Department, the Department of International Relations and the Department of Digital Transformation.

    At the General Department, the Head of the National Assembly Office issued Decision No. 168/QD-VPQH dated March 10, 2025 appointing Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh - Director of the Secretariat - to hold the position of Director of the General Department from March 10, 2025.

    At the Department of Management, the Head of the National Assembly Office issued the following Decisions: Decision No. 180/QD-VPQH dated March 10, 2025 appointed Mr. Pham Duc Thao - former Director of the Department of Management I, assigned to continue performing the duties, tasks, and authority of the Director of the Department of Management I - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Management from March 10, 2025.

    At the Department of International Relations, the Head of the National Assembly Office issued Decision No. 174/QD-VPQH dated March 10, 2025 appointing Mr. Do Hoang Viet - Director of the Department of ceremony and international cooperation - to hold the position of Director of the Department of International Relations from March 10, 2025.

    At the Department of Digital Transformation, the Head of the National Assembly Office issued Decision No. 188/QD-VPQH dated March 10, 2025, transferring the position of Mr. Bui Danh Tuyen - Director of the Department of Information Technology - to the Department of Digital Transformation.
