Many tourists celebrating the New Year in Ho Chi Minh City for the first time expressed their excitement. Ms. Maria, a tourist from Spain, shared: "Ho Chi Minh City is really vibrant, people are friendly. The New Year atmosphere is wonderful, fireworks are brilliant and impressive. I really like this experience and want to come back again.
After the fireworks display lasted about 15 minutes, the crowd still lingered to take photos and stroll the streets. Many dining and entertainment services are still operating all night to meet the needs of tourists.
Ho Chi Minh City arranges 3 high-altitude fireworks display points. Among them, the display point at the beginning of the Saigon River Tunnel (An Khanh ward) is the largest in scale, with 1,260 high-altitude fireworks, combined with 60 low-altitude fireworks and 10 fireworks displays.
The remaining two locations are located in the New City Center area (Binh Duong ward) and Tam Thang Square (Vung Tau ward), each location firing 500 high-altitude exploding fireworks and 60 low-altitude exploding fireworks.
In addition, 3 low-altitude fireworks display points are located at Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward), SAIGON MARINA IFC Tower (Saigon ward) and Kim Long Villa area, Rach Dia bridge area (Nha Be commune). Each point uses 90 low-altitude firework sets.
