At exactly 9 pm on April 30, fireworks shone brightly in the sky of Ho Chi Minh City, celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification. At Nguyen Hue pedestrian street and Ben Bach Dang park, thousands of people and tourists together admired this special moment.


The city center space becomes brilliant and vibrant when fireworks continuously bloom on the night sky, stretching along many colors.
Cheers and exclamations mixed with shimmering light create an emotional festival picture.


Many families, groups of young people and international tourists took the opportunity to record images and videos to capture memorable moments amidst the joyful atmosphere of the big holiday.

Ms. Nguyet Minh (Bay Hien ward) excitedly shared that her family was present quite early to choose a beautiful location in the Ben Bach Dang park area. When fireworks began to be fired into the sky, the whole space seemed to light up, very touched and proud.
Every year my family tries to go to see it. Watching everyone around cheer and take pictures, I find the holiday atmosphere really meaningful and cohesive" - Ms. Minh said.

Previously, at about 8:30 pm on the same day, functional forces banned vehicles from passing through Ton Duc Thang street and Ham Nghi street (Ben Bach Dang park area) to serve people gathering to watch fireworks.
On the evening of April 30, Ho Chi Minh City organized fireworks displays at 8 locations.
In which, 3 high-altitude fireworks locations include: the Saigon River tunnel head area; the new city center area (Binh Duong ward); Ba Ria Park Square (Ba Ria ward).
5 low-altitude fireworks locations include: Cu Chi Tunnels historical relic area; Dam Sen Cultural Park; Saigon Marina IFC tower; Kim Long villa area (Rach Dia bridge, Nha Be commune); Can Gio sea encroachment tourist urban area - Vinhomes Green Paradise (Can Gio commune).
