On the public asset information page, the Central Partnership Auction Company has just issued a public auction notice for a lot of assets including 130 violating motorbikes that were confiscated.

The property handling is based on Decision No. 1948/QD-CATP dated June 25, 2026 of Da Nang City Police. The unit with the property is the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police, address at No. 22 Vo An Ninh, Hoa Xuan ward.
The starting price for the entire batch of vehicles is 203,800,000 VND. This price does not include value-added tax.
The winning bidder must bear transportation costs, registration fees, registration renewal fees, license plates, notarization fees and other services if any.
Customers need to buy the dossier for 100,000 VND and pay a deposit of 40,000,000 VND. The prescribed price step for the auction is 3,000,000 VND.
The time for selling and receiving applications lasts from 08:00 on July 7, 2026 to 17:00 on July 15, 2026. Customers register directly at the company headquarters at 114 Trung Nu Vuong, Ban Thach ward, Da Nang city.
Buyers can also carry out online procedures via the vpa. com. vn website, the dgts. vpa. com. vn subsystem, or the VPA – Asset Auction application.
Participants can view the car directly at the Exhibits Warehouse of the Traffic Police Department during office hours on July 8, July 9 and July 10, 2026, or view online on the website system.
The auction will take place from 09:30 to 10:15 on July 20, 2026. The organization form is an online auction using the up-pricing method for the entire lot of assets.
The auction is conducted at vpa. com. vn and VPA's mobile application. All individuals and organizations that meet the conditions according to the Law on Auction of Assets and complete the dossier and deposit are eligible to participate.
