Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision approving the investment project to build a road from Provincial Road 423, passing through the construction project of Regiment 692 to Thong Pagoda (An Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc District).
The project aims to develop and complete the infrastructure of Hoai Duc district to meet the travel needs of the people, synchronously connecting the traffic system in the area according to the planning of the 692nd Regiment Barracks.
The project is invested by the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district with a length of about 770m. The route is designed according to regional road standards, regional road type, design speed of 50km/h, cross-section of 24m. The main investment items include the roadbed, road surface, sidewalk, trees, cross-road culverts, drainage system, lighting system, technical trenches, traffic safety and other auxiliary items.
The route starts at the Provincial Road 423 and ends at the Day River dike access road.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigns the Hoai Duc District People's Committee to be responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the accuracy and legality of the information and data shown in the appraisal dossier; the entire process of project management, implementation and management, and use of investment capital must comply with the provisions of the law of the State and of Hanoi City.
Project management and contractor selection shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations of the State and Hanoi City on management of construction investment projects using state budget funds, on bidding and contractor selection. Coordinate with investors of related projects to unify design plans for items to ensure synchronous connection of technical infrastructure systems inside and outside the project area to improve investment efficiency, avoid duplication and waste.
At the same time, take appropriate measures to organize construction, ensure traffic safety, labor safety and minimize impacts on people's lives in the project area. Work with city departments, branches and related units to carry out site clearance work according to regulations to ensure project implementation according to approved progress. Carry out investment monitoring and evaluation reports and coordinate community monitoring according to current regulations.
