On the afternoon of November 1, speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of Gia Vien Ward People's Committee said that the work accident occurred at around 10:30 p.m. on October 31 at a residential house project in Lot 30 Le Hong Phong, in Gia Vien Ward.
At this time, a group of workers were working when the scaffolding suddenly collapsed, killing 2 people and slightly injuring 1 person. The two deceased victims have an address in Cam Thuy, Thanh Hoa.
Immediately after the incident, local authorities and authorities were present at the scene to coordinate the handling. The People's Committee of Gia Vien Ward also later sent a report to the People's Committee of Hai Phong City about this incident.
Currently, the authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
