On the evening of October 30, speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of the People's Committee of An Bien Ward said that at 8:00 p.m. the same day, the local government received a report of a fire at a laundry workshop in Do Thanh, located in Vinh Niem Industrial Park, An Bien Ward. The fire area is about 500m2.
Immediately after receiving the news, local authorities and fire prevention and fighting and rescue forces quickly arrived and deployed a fire fighting plan. About 30 minutes later, the fire was basically under control.
Initial statistics show that the fire did not cause any human casualties. Property damage is being counted. Currently, the authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
