A tragic accident occurred on April 20 in Tan Hung Thuan Ward, District 12 (HCMC) when the wall of a house under demolition suddenly collapsed, causing a man to die on the spot.
The incident occurred at around 10:00 a.m. the same day at a level four house in alley 528, Truong Chinh Street (District 12). According to initial information, a group of three workers were demolishing the old wall of the house when the incident occurred. The collapsed wall crushed a man.

The remaining two workers were lucky to escape and quickly shouted for help to those around them, while trying to get the victims out. Rescue forces quickly dispatched specialized motor vehicles to the scene to lift the collapsed wall and rescue the victim. However, when he was taken out, the man had no signs of life.
The victim was later identified as Mr. Q, 46 years old, residing in Hoc Mon district.

Immediately after receiving the report, Tan Hung Thuan Ward Police coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police in District 12 to quickly block off the scene and take professional measures to investigate and clarify the cause.
