Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Official Dispatch No. 42/CD-TTg dated April 18, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the serious labor accident that occurred at Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.
The dispatch was sent to the Ministers of the Ministries of Public Security, Construction, Home Affairs, Finance and Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province.
The dispatch stated: At about 10:30 a.m. on April 17, at a factory under repair in Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, a serious work accident occurred, killing 3 people.
On behalf of the Government, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha sent their condolences to the relatives and families of the workers who suffered and gave the following instructions:
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province urgently organized a thoughtful visit, promptly supported and encouraged the families of the deceased victims and completed procedures related to the deceased victims; visited, encouraged and supported the injured victims.
At the same time, he directed the authorities to urgently clarify the cause, overcome the consequences, stabilize production, urgently investigate, clarify the cause of the accident, clarify the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals, strictly handle violations (if any).
Direct the strengthening of inspection and examination, timely detection and handling of violations of labor safety regulations in production and business activities in the area, not allowing similar cases to occur.
The Ministry of Public Security directs the Binh Duong Provincial Police to coordinate with relevant agencies to urgently investigate and clarify the cause of the accident, and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law (if any).
The Ministry of Construction coordinates with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province and relevant agencies to direct enterprises to carefully review regulations, standards, and regulations, promptly overcome shortcomings and limitations, and ensure absolute safety for workers.
