The warehouse area is Mr. Bien's family's workplace. When the landslide occurred during lunch break, everyone went out, only two people remained: Nguyen Minh Kh (5 years old, Mr. Bien's son) and Ms. Nguyen Kim A (27 years old), who do online business together. with the homeowner.

About an hour after the rescue, Nguyen Minh Kh was taken out with two broken legs, and Ms. Nguyen Kim A died.
On the same day, in Vinh Phuc province, a flood occurred that claimed the lives of two victims.
Information about the incident, leaders of Dao Tru commune, Tam Dao district, said that a group of 7 young men and women mainly residing in Vinh Yen city invited each other to go to Dong Mo lake to play.
Due to heavy rain, the group of 7 young men and women mentioned above had to take shelter. When the rain stopped, the group walked back through the overflow bridge of Ben Tam stream. At this time, because the flood had returned, the water was flowing strong and fast. Two people sharing a motorbike were swept away by floodwaters.
After receiving the news, the Commune Police reported to the Commune People's Committee and District Police to organize a search for the victim's whereabouts.
After many hours of search efforts, on the afternoon of August 13, the bodies of the two victims were discovered by the authorities and taken to Dao Tru Commune Medical Station to conduct autopsy procedures according to regulations.
