On June 23, the People's Committee of Bu Dang commune (Dong Nai city) continued to organize to collect people's opinions on the project to arrange and reorganize villages in the commune.
According to the draft project, Bu Dang commune currently has 22 villages with 7,613 households. Currently, the largest village has 952 households, the smallest village has 174 households. Through review, 16/22 villages have not met the standards for household size. Implementing arrangement, Bu Dang commune will still have 7 villages, a decrease of 15 villages compared to the present.
According to the People's Committee of Bu Dang commune, the project will retain the name for villages with historical, cultural, and customary characteristics associated with the spiritual life of the people.

Currently, the People's Committee of Bu Dang commune is collecting people's opinions through the conference. At the same time, organizing visits to households to collect opinions.
It is known that Bu Dang commune was established on the basis of merging Minh Hung commune, Doan Ket commune and Duc Phong town of Bu Dang district, former Binh Phuoc province. Bu Dang commune currently has a total area of over 156 km2, a population of over 32,000 people, with 18 ethnic groups living together.
