Initial information shows that due to the impact of storm No. 3, Lam Phu commune experienced heavy rain from September 11 to 13. The prolonged heavy rain caused a landslide on the positive slope, causing a mass of rock and soil to crash into Lam Phu Secondary School, causing the construction site to tilt forward.

In addition, many walls have cracks 5-7 cm wide, some columns are bent and broken. In two classrooms, soil has flowed down and collapsed part of the wall. The building is at risk of collapsing.

In response to the above incident, the People's Committee of Lang Chanh district proposed to the relevant authorities to consider declaring a state of emergency regarding the landslide at Lam Phu Secondary School and find a solution.
