Voters in Hoang Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province reported that National Highway 1A through Nghia Trang Station is often flooded.
Voters requested the Ministry of Construction to consider and overcome the above situation.

According to the report of the Vietnam Road Administration, National Highway 1 through Nghia Trang Station has a route of Km311+120, the current status of both sides of the road has been arranged with drainage ditches. However, due to the increasing urbanization, the existing water discharge gates on the route have been narrowed, leading to slow drainage.
To overcome the above situation, the Vietnam Road Administration has directed Road Management Area I to regularly monitor and handle drainage.
On August 7, 2025, Road Management Area I coordinated with the locality to dredge the ditch for the above section to clear the drainage area, preventing flooding.
In the 2026 Maintenance Plan, the Ministry of Construction approved the list of "Repairing damaged roadbeds, road surfaces and traffic safety systems in the section:
