In order to spread the spirit of dedicated service, building a transparent, professional, modern and close administrative system to the people, the Department of Justice of Dong Nai province has just implemented the sending of thank you letters from the Department Director in all public service settlement results implemented by the Department.
This is a practical activity to demonstrate the Department of Justice's respect and openness to the trust and support of people and businesses in the process of using public administrative services under the authority of the Department.

According to the implemented plan, all results of the public service settlement of the Department of Justice of Dong Nai province - including returning results directly, via public post or via the Online Public Service Portal - must be sent with a thank you letter to organizations and individuals.
Accordingly, in the case of returning results directly or via postal service, the thank you letter is pre- printed (paper copy, color printed) along with the results of the public service settlement when returned to people and organizations.
In addition, in the case of returning results via online public services, the thank you letter is attached in the form of PDF file (including content and digital signature of the Department Director) sent along with the results file before being returned to the people and organizations.
Along with sending letters of thanks to people and businesses, the Department of Justice also requested departments and units under the Department to widely disseminate the content of the thank you letter to all civil servants, public employees and workers, thereby improving the sense of responsibility and service attitude in performing their duties.
At the same time, the Department's Office is assigned to monitor and inspect the implementation at the units and report the implementation results to the Department Director.
