On July 3, information from the Inspection Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, the unit has just held the 56th Session to review and discipline 5 cadres and party members who violated regulations related to the purchase and sale and use of fake documents and certificates.
Through consideration, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that these individuals worked at many different agencies in the province, seriously violated ideological positions, degraded moral qualities, violated things that party members are not allowed to do, as well as violated the law when buying, selling, using fake degrees and certificates to include in the civil servant recruitment or leadership appointment records.
Based on the level of violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to expel 3 cases from the Party.
Specifically, Mr. Dang Bao Ngoc, Party member, Deputy Director of the Digital Technology Center, Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province; Ms. Vi Bich Son, former Vice Principal, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Binh Xa Commune 2, old Dinh Lap District; Ms. Ly Thuy Thom, accountant of Bac Viet Commune Secondary School, old Van Lang District.
Along with that, warn Ms. Nguyen Mai Hang, a civil servant and secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
Regarding Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, former Secretary of the Lang Son Department of Justice Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term, former Director of the Lang Son Department of Justice, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee consider and take disciplinary action.
Previously, the People's Council of Lang Son province, term XVII, decided to remove Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son from the duties of a delegate of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee emphasized that it will continue to resolutely handle violations to maintain the discipline of the Party and State laws.
On June 30, the Department of Home Affairs of Lang Son also announced the Decision to appoint Mr. Pham Hung Truong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dinh Lap District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice, from July 1, 2025, replacing the previous person.
