On the afternoon of February 28, the Thanh Hoa Department of Justice held a conference to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on leaving work until retirement age for Mr. Bui Dinh Son, from March 1, 2025; announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Mai Xuan Binh - Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice, with a term of appointment of 5 years from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi - Permanent Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - acknowledged and praised the contributions of Mr. Bui Dinh Son - Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Justice throughout his work.
Implementing the policy of streamlining the payroll and rearranging the organizational apparatus in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Party Executive Committee, Mr. Bui Dinh Son has proactively proposed early retirement and has been approved by the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to take leave from work until retirement from March 1, 2025.
"Mr. Son's work demonstrates the sacrifice for the common good, for the sustainable development of the Judiciary and the province; is an example of responsibility and motivation for generations of cadres and civil servants to follow and learn from" - Mr. Nguyen Van Thi shared.
Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate Mr. Mai Xuan Binh, Permanent Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi hopes that the new Director of the Department of Justice will continue to promote his intelligence, enthusiasm, arouse the spirit of solidarity, focus on directing the provincial judiciary to successfully complete all assigned tasks; at the same time, continue to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, the new Director of the Thanh Hoa Department of Justice Mai Xuan Binh thanked the provincial leaders for their trust in assigning the task. In his new position, he will always strive, try, together with the Board of Directors, the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the judicial sector to carry out and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
