The accident occurred at around 8:30 a.m. on November 8 at the intersection of My Phuoc Tan Van road and National Highway 1K in Tan An quarter, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Di An city, Binh Duong province).
Initial information, at the time, the tractor-trailer was traveling on My Phuoc Tan Van road from An Phu to Tan Van.
When the front truck reached Tan An quarter, Tan Dong Hiep ward, it turned onto National Highway 1K. While changing direction, an accident occurred with a motorbike driven by a man carrying his wife and grandchild.
The accident caused the two grandmothers and grandchildren to be caught under the truck and die at the scene. The seriously injured man was taken to the emergency room but did not survive.

At the scene, the tractor-trailer stopped right at the curve. The victims' motorbikes were lying in front of the tractor-trailer.
After receiving the report, local authorities were present to block off the scene. Currently, Ho Chi Minh City Police's professional units are examining and taking statements from related people.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
