Mr. Do Cao Tri - a witness present at the scene said: "The accident in the direction from Thai Nguyen to Hanoi was causing a traffic jam for kilometers.
Initially, 1 car was damaged, the vehicles behind slowed down, but 1 truck did not pay attention and caused a series of accidents".
According to Mr. Tri, up to now, vehicles are still congested for a long time. Now, if we want to move around the accident area, we go to Yen Binh intersection, around Soc Son to Hanoi.
