The accident occurred at around 2:30 p.m. on July 10, at Kim Hang roundabout - the intersection between DT 746 and 747B roads in Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The victim who died was a young girl riding a motorbike.
Initial information, at that time, people heard a loud noise in the Kim Hang roundabout area. When people came out to see, they saw an accident between a motorbike and a truck.
People ran back to check and found the girl and a seriously injured nephew lying on the road. The young girl died at the scene. The seriously injured nephew was taken to the emergency room by local people.
The incident was then reported to the authorities. At the scene, the damaged victim's motorbike was lying at the edge of the truck.
