According to a representative of Quang Trung Ward Police, the accident occurred at about 9:45 am on the same day. The victim is Ms. V.T. T. (born 1959, residing in Ha Long commune, Thanh Hoa province).
At the above time, Mr. L.V. T. (born 1958) was driving a motorbike with license plate 36H9-111. x, carrying his wife, Ms. V.T. T. , traveling on National Highway 1A. When arriving at the above location, a collision occurred with a tractor-trailer with license plate 36H-025. xx, pulling a trailer with license plate 36B-028. xx, driven by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc (born 1988, residing in Yen Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province).
