M (born 1962, residing in hamlet 6, Thai Thuy commune), moving in the direction from Thai Thuy commune to Thuy Anh commune, collided with two electric motorbikes.
One electric motorbike without license plates was driven by B.D. H (born 2008, 12th grade student of Diem Dien High School), carrying B.T. T (born 2012, 8th grade student of Nguyen Duc Canh Secondary School); the other vehicle with license plate 17MD6-15262 was driven by N.T. L (born 2008, 12A8 student of Diem Dien High School), going in the opposite direction.
As a result, the collision killed B.D. H and B.T. T on the spot, and three vehicles were damaged.
