The accident happened in Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The deceased victim was identified as Mr. N.G. K (18 years old, residing in Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province).
According to initial information, at nearly 1 pm on the same day, the male driver was driving a tractor-trailer truck on DT 743A road, in the direction from National Highway 1K to Tan Van.
When arriving in Dong Hoa ward, the driver steered the car to turn right into the container warehouse. While the tractor truck was cornering, an accident occurred with a motorbike driven by Mr. K, which was traveling in the same direction.
The collision caused Mr. K to fall to the road and die on the spot. People reported the accident to the authorities immediately afterwards.
Upon receiving the news, units of the Ho Chi Minh City Police were present to blockade the scene, conduct an examination, and collect relevant information.
It is known that the deceased victim was a student at a vocational college in Dong Hoa ward, who had an accident on her way to school.
The cause of the accident is still being investigated and clarified.
