On December 30, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs said that it had issued a document reporting on a labor accident that occurred in an industrial park in the area, killing a worker.
The victim is T.L.H (born in 1990, permanently residing in Ca Mau province) working as a worker at Phu My Hoa Sen Steel Plant (Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
Previously, at about 6:08 pm on December 13, during a working shift at factory No. 1 in the factory, Mr. H was operating double beam bridge equipment to crane the corrugated iron roll to move to the gathering area. However, while operating, H did not pay attention to observation, turned his back and went into the operating area of the moving corrugated iron roll, so he collided with his back and pressed his chest against the corrugated iron roll that was placed in front.
Immediately after the incident occurred, Mr. H was quickly taken by ambulance to Phu My Regional Medical Center, but this person had died before that.
According to the factory's report, during the working process, Mr. T.L.H used the name L.T.H, according to papers and permanent address in another place (also in Ca Mau province). After the accident occurred, the family declared the name T.L.H along with the actual papers and address to the factory and functional agencies.
