    On November 21, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Tho Xuan District Police are handling and investigating a traffic accident that left one person dead and one injured.

    Previously, at 1:20 p.m. on November 20, on the road through Ngoc Lap village (Xuan Sinh commune, Tho Xuan district), a traffic accident occurred between a car with license plate 43C-033.xx, driven by Mr. Tran Van Huan (48 years old, residing in Tho Hai commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province) in the direction from Xuan Hung commune to Xuan Sinh commune and a motorbike with license plate 36K7-23xx driven by Mr. L.N.M (67 years old, residing in Mau Lam commune, Nhu Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province), carrying Mr. Q.V.Y (43 years old, residing in Mau Lam commune) going in the opposite direction.

    As a result, Mr. L.N.M died on the way to the emergency room, Mr. Q.V.Y was injured, and both vehicles were severely damaged. The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. Tran Van Huan was driving the car and could not control the speed and was driving on the wrong side of the road.
