According to initial information, the collision between two trucks occurred on the 2nd floor of Thang Long bridge (Phu Thuong ward, Hanoi) in the early morning of July 30, trapping two people in the cabin.

After the process of implementing rescue measures, functional forces brought the two injured victims out of the vehicle safely and handed them over to the medical force for further emergency treatment.
