On February 7, professional units of Ho Chi Minh City Police are investigating and clarifying an accident in Ben Cat ward that killed 1 person.
The accident happened at about 12:00 PM on February 7th at the intersection of NB5 street and DB8 street, Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at noon on the same day, people heard a very loud noise outside the road, when they ran out to see, they discovered an accident between two motorbikes.
At the scene, people discovered a woman about 50 years old riding a scooter and her high school son lying motionless. When they came to check, the woman had died, and the son was seriously injured. Near the scene, there were also 2 other young men riding motorbikes injured.
The accident was then reported to the authorities, and 3 injured people were taken to the emergency room.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces of Ben Cat ward were present to blockade the scene. After that, professional units of Ho Chi Minh City Police were present to examine the scene, collect testimonies from witnesses to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
