Working with the Traffic Police Department, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - the driver - explained the reason for running a red light was to take a victim in a traffic accident to Lam Dong General Hospital for emergency care.
According to Mr. Thanh, while traveling on Ta Nung Pass (Da Lat city), he discovered a young man having a motorbike accident. This person is in a very serious injury condition.
He immediately put the victim in a personal car and immediately took him to the hospital. Due to the urgent need to save people in the "golden hour", Mr. Thanh ran red lights twice at intersections in the inner city of Da Lat city.
