On May 22, Dong Nai Hydropower Company said that in response to Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the unit has organized many practical activities to care for workers' lives, while building a safe, cohesive and effective working environment.
One of the key activities is organizing occupational safety and hygiene training for 6 groups of subjects, including leaders, technical staff and workers directly involved in production. The training program is comprehensively built, combining theory and practice, suitable for each specific work group.
The company also organized two emergency situation handling drills at Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plant. The drills aim to practice the ability to react quickly and accurately when facing dangerous and unsafe situations at work.
The hypothetical situations are given, including: an accident caused by electric shock at a repair workshop, and a food poisoning incident after a shift meal that affected many workers.
Thereby, workers practice rescue, relief and first aid skills promptly and effectively, ensuring absolute safety for both people and property.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dam - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Hydropower Company said that through training programs, workers are raised in awareness, equipped with first aid and escape skills in the working environment. At the same time, the Company also promotes risk assessment and control to improve working conditions.
