Previously, on April 20, social networks spread a clip of a tractor-trailer blocking the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, passing through Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province while other cars were moving on this expressway section.
Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6, Room 6, Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) after receiving information invited driver T.X. C. (44 years old, residing in Dong Nai province) to clarify.
At the police station, the driver reported the incident, because he went the wrong way, he drove the car around right on the highway.
Traffic police have made a record of handling the driver for the offense of U-turning on the highway.
